ARTICLE IX <br />9.0 VACATION <br />9.1 Purpose- It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide <br />them with a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be used as a guide <br />in the administration of the provisions of this Article. <br />9.2 Vacation. <br />A.
