The signing of this change order constitutes full mutual accord and satisfaction for all changes and <br /> work performed on this project, and that the time and cost paid per this change order constitutes the total <br /> equitable adjustments owed the Contractor, all Subcontractors, and all Suppliers for all work performed on <br /> this project.
