STUDENT CONDUCT POLICY <br />Roadmaster Drivers School strives to provide high quality training services to all Students. Roadmaster Students are expected to conduct <br />themselves in a manner that will reflect credit to the School, the community, and themselves at all times while on campus and while en- <br />rolled as a Student at Roadmaster Drivers School. All Students are expected to treat other Students, Roadmaster personnel, and any third <br />parties with respect and dignity at all times. Violations of, or engaging in, any of the following prohibited behavior or failing to meet the con- <br />duct expectation above may result in immediate dismissal from School with tuition to be charged in accordance with the Refund Policy con- <br />tained in the Enrollment Agreement: <br />• Consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages during training or appearing for training under the influence of alcohol. The possession <br />of or use of illegal or illicit drugs or non -prescribed medication during training or while enrolled in Roadmaster Drivers School. All Stu- <br />dents are subject to random and suspicion -based drug and alcohol testing during the entire period of enrollment in Roadmaster Driv- <br />ers School. <br />• Exhibiting or engaging in disruptive behavior and/or the use of profanity or other derogatory language. Disruptive behavior includes, <br />but is not limited to, any behavior whatsoever that distracts other Students during training, or, that hinders instructional staff from <br />providing quality instruction to Students. <br />• Exhibiting or engaging in any physical abuse, verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, coercion, and/or other conduct that <br />threatens or unreasonably endangers the mental or physical health, safety or reputation of any person or oneself, including any such <br />conduct achieved through means of social media or any other means of electronic communication. <br />• Violation of Roadmaster's Student Harassment, Sexual Misconduct and Sexual Violence policy or harassment, discrimination or retali- <br />ation in any form directed towards any other Student, Roadmaster personnel or any third parties, which includes sexual harassment, <br />sexually suggestive comments orjokes, the use of racially charged language or the negative treatment of any other Student, Road - <br />master personnel or any third parties on the basis of a protected classification under applicable rules and regulations. <br />• The possession of any form of weapon, including guns and knives, while on Roadmaster premises, at the hotel, or in Roadmaster <br />equipment. <br />• Failure to comply with directions and/or instructions of Roadmaster personnel and/or law enforcement officers, which includes the <br />failure to identify oneself to these persons when requested to do so. <br />• Attempted or actual theft of and/or damage to Roadmaster property or property of another person on or off campus. <br />• Convictions of any felonies or misdemeanors while enrolled in School including but not limited to illegal trafficking of drugs, the unlaw- <br />ful possession of drugs or alcohol, or operating any type of conveyance under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Individuals arrested <br />while enrolled may be required to withdraw from training pending the outcome of the case. <br />• Violation of any campus rule, policy or regulation established by Roadmaster, or engaging in unsafe actions or practices during train- <br />ing. <br />• Cheating on any quiz, test or evaluation during training, furnishing false information to any Roadmaster personnel or forgery, alteration <br />or misuse of any Roadmaster document or record. <br />• Use of Roadmaster computers for any purposes other than training related matters. <br />• Failure to have a valid Commercial Leamers Permit, Driver's License, and Medical Examiners Certificate in your possession at all <br />times while operating Roadmaster equipment. <br />• Smoking in areas other than the designated smoking areas. <br />• Violation of hotel rules and conduct policy. <br />Any problem in training should be reported to the School Manager immediately. <br />www.roadmaster.com 13 <br />
