16 <br />Admissions <br />Requirements for Students Applying for MBA Degree <br />Requirements and <br />Enrollment Procedure <br />for Master's Degree <br />, Complete an application <br />Program <br />• Submit a non-refundable registration fee of $150 <br />• Students must submit proof of no less than a bachelor's degree, defined as a <br />college diploma issued by a state, or accredited public or private college or an <br />equivalent degree (for domestic students only). Such equivalents include the <br />following: <br />• Students seeking admissions to the MBA program (proposed program) must also <br />hold a bachelor's degree and at least 12 quarter credits of related business courses <br />at the undergraduate level. Evidence of undergraduate coursework includes the <br />following: <br />1. Official transcripts from a college or university accredited by an <br />organization approved by the US Department of Education. <br />2. Students with bachelor's degrees from a foreign college or university <br />must have their transcripts translated and evaluated for equivalency. <br />• Students enrolling to attend one or more courses online must successfully complete <br />an Online Assessment Quiz and confirm they have or have access to equipment <br />which meets the online technology requirements. <br />Procedure <br />• Complete the following enrollment paperwork. Copies of paperwork from this <br />Section, parts 1 and 2 are given to the student at the time of enrollment. Students <br />can print out the rest of the paperwork outlined below from <br />http://www.learnet.edu , or will be provided in hard copy upon request. <br />1. Enrollment Agreement, a valid form of identification, Entrance Record <br />(Admissions Application and Interview), Entrance Test, Promissory Note (cash <br />only) for Student File <br />2. Student Disclosure Form <br />3. School Catalog <br />• Students enrollingto attend one ormore courses online must successfully complete <br />an Online Assessment Quiz and confirm they have or have access to equipment <br />which meets the online technology requirements. <br />• The Admissions Advisor must recommend the student for enrollment and have <br />submitted the completed enrollment paperwork to the Executive Director for <br />approval on or before the Wednesday prior to the intended Monday start date. <br />Additional Requirements for International Students <br />An 1-20 cannot be processed until all items in this checklist are completed and have been <br />received: <br />• Completed 1-20 application form <br />• Official bank statement, or sponsor letter and endorsement dated within the past <br />three months, containing a minimum of $15,000 USD per year <br />• Bachelor's transcript or equivalent record <br />• A photocopy of the page from student's passport showing full legal name, birth <br />date, passport expiration date, and photograph <br />• For F-1 transfer students only: a signed transfer form from the school that student <br />has been attending, and copies of student's most recent 1-20, 1-94, and F-1 visa. <br />• F1 students may take a maximum of 25% credits online of the 9 credits enrolled <br />each term. <br />Last Revision Date <br />
