19 <br />Payment Default Upon default of tuition, the student is required to pay the entire amount due within 45 days. <br />A lender may hire or pay someone else to help collect this note if the student does not pay. <br />This act includes subject to any limits under applicable law, lender's attorneys' fees and <br />lender's legal expenses whether or not there is a lawsuit, including attorneys' fees and legal <br />expenses for bankruptcy proceedings (including efforts to modify or vacate any automatic <br />stay or injunction), appeals, and any anticipated post -judgment collection services. The <br />student will also pay any court costs and all other sums provided by law. <br />Termination Learnet has a right to terminate the students for any of the following reasons: <br />1. Violation of Code of Conduct <br />2. Failure to comply with the Academy's attendance or academic satisfactory progress <br />policies. <br />3. Failure to meet scheduled financial obligations to the Academy. <br />Students whose enrollment is terminated will be notified in writing and will be subject to the <br />Academy's refund policy. <br />Last Revision Date on April 4, 2023 <br />
