Public Hearing Notice Pursuant to Ordinance NS-3012 <br /> <br />Existing Fee: $197.84 <br />Proposed Fee: None <br />This fee was adopted when the Sunshine Ordinance changed notification requirements from 500 to 1,000 feet. In order to <br />streamline the process at the public counter, this fee will be deleted and factored into every Public Hearing that requires the <br />additional radius. <br />3. Public Convenience & Necessity Determination <br /> <br />Existing Fee: $6,417.00 <br />Proposed Fee: None <br /> <br />This fee is already captured within the Conditional Use Permit when applicable. <br /> <br />4. LUC - Child Care (8-14 Children) <br />Existing Fee: $453.00 <br />Proposed Fee: None <br />Fee lists several certificates for this account. LUC - Child Care (8-14 Children) needs to be removed since State law has changed <br />and we can no longer require a permit or fee for this. <br />Page 113 of 148
