Military Recognition Banner Program Fee <br /> <br />Existing Fee: None <br />Proposed Fee: $187.00 <br /> <br />The Military Banner Program was a pilot program the City uses to recognize Santa Ana’s military heroes for their <br />service. The expenses were absorbed by the City Manager's Office General Fund budget as a one-time expense. <br />The program will now be permanent and the fee is to recover the staff time and materials cost to procure and install <br />each banner. <br /> <br /> <br />Page 135 of 148
