No permit shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation unless all fees therefore have been paid in full. 51601 SPECIAL INVESTIGATION FEE 107.91 112.33 51602 51603 A special investigation fee shall be charged by the Building 51611 Official for any investigation of a building structural work, 51604 reports, certification, or any other related work requested by 51606 an owner or his authorized agent. Said fee shall be assessed in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the costs actually incurred by the City based upon a rate of $107.91 per hour but in no case shall be less than $107.91. 51601 OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE 53600 Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee will be paid to the Building Official equivalent to 1% of the construction valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to 0.65% of the construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time plans are submitted for plan check.
