His notable strengths are client relations, pictorial graphic exhibits, technical direction <br />of construction documents, and multi-team/agency coordination. He <br />has been able to develop strong relationships with the local and regional approval agencies <br />throughout his career, which helps with obtaining timely jurisdictional approvals.
