<br />Experience Statement: Tom brings to the team over 47 years of professional landscape
<br />architecture experience serving as Project Manager on many of the firms public agency
<br />projects. His notable strengths are client relations, pictorial graphic exhibits, technical direction
<br />of construction documents, and multi-team/agency coordination. Tom is currently the PM on the
<br />Santiago Park project for the City of Santa Ana.

<br />Experience Statement: Chris Rideout has more than 36 years of design experience on
<br />numerous streetscapes, roadway, utility infrastructure, and municipal improvement projects. He
<br />has been able to develop strong relationships with the local and regional approval agencies
<br />throughout his career, which helps with obtaining timely jurisdictional approvals. His strengths
<br />include providing creative alternatives with a maximum amount of flexibility during the design,
<br />while maintaining the project objectives and schedule.

<br />Experience Statement: Bruce has over 39 years of experience as a professional engineer that
<br />has directed the design of many civic, recreational, institutional, educational, retail, commercial,
<br />industrial, and residential projects throughout southern California.
