At Studio One Eleven we understand the impact of current and anticipated <br />trends in the urban landscape that will shape the future of Santa Ana. Recently our firm has completed the <br />multiple award -wining adaptive reuse projects 4th Street Market Lofts, Santa Ana Arts Collective (SAAC) and <br />The Roost. We are currently working with Planning, Public Works and OFCA on the Orange County School <br />of the Arts (OCSA) for open space improvement projects to the Santa Ana Campus with a focus on creating <br />a collegiate level campus green. It is a city that we truly admire, and we would enthusiastically welcome the <br />prospect to further contribute to its growth. <br />In our response that follows, we will demonstrate our experience working directly in partnership with city <br />agencies and other organizations to design and document small and large-scale projects, with a specific <br />focus on open space rehabilitation, park development, adaptive reuse, and streetscape improvements. We <br />appreciate the complexity involved in delivering important urban developments, and have a long history of <br />working with internal and external stakeholders to establish consensus and facilitate positive outcomes. <br />Studio One Eleven is well -positioned to assist the City of Santa Ana with their `on -call' projects. Our team has <br />had extensive experience in transforming existing urban spaces, including renovations, changes -of -use, and <br />expansion of project scales. We are a full -service firm, capable of performing all phases of work, ranging from <br />initial design concepts and visualizations to public outreach and the preparation of construction documents <br />and technical specifications for public bid notice and award. Our leadership and technical staff is well versed <br />in coordinating various disciplines and representing our clients during the construction contract administration <br />phase of a project. <br />As recognized leaders in the field with over two decades of experience in architecture, urban design, <br />landscape architecture and community engagement, featuring a nimble and innovative design team, we <br />believe in our ability to be a valuable partner to the city of Santa Ana. Studio One Eleven is experienced in <br />working throughout greater Los Angeles and Orange counties and we are familiar with the many departments <br />and agencies that make up the planning and development ecosystem of cities.
