Hall <br />Pursuant to Section lb of Agreement Number A-2021-089-03 ('Agreement') between the City of <br />Santa Ana (`City") and you dated June 15, 2021 for temporary special exhibits as needed for the <br />Santa Ana Zoo (`Zoo"), you (doing business as Spineless Wonders)( -SW") shall provide, <br />construct, and build a vestibule extension to the existing seasonal butterfly exhibit at the Zoo as <br />described in more detail in Exhibit A to this Letter by July 1, 2023. Compensation for the <br />services contemplated by this Letter shall not exceed Forty Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />and Zero Cents ($40,350.00).
