Hall <br />Re: Extension of Agreement for On-CaB Water Resources Construction <br />Management and Inspection Services Agreement No. A-2020-076-01 <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by NVS, Inc., and the <br />City of Santa Ana, dated April 21, 2020, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an <br />additional two-year period, from April 21, 2023 through April 20,2025. Any insurance certificates are <br />required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
