Subconsultant Partner Firm Profiles <br />STEVEN ANDREWS ENGINEERING (SAE) is a dynamic Southern California <br />consulting engineering firm, providing consulting services for master planning and <br />engineering projects in the water and wastewater fields for over 32 years. SAE <br />provides consulting services on civil/water resources master planning, design, and <br />construction engineering for the public and private sectors. Their services include <br />preparing feasibility and preliminary engineering studies; preparing plans and <br />specifications; providing expert testimony and construction contract administration; and <br />providing observation support during construction. <br />ROLE: Water and wastewater facility engineerirg including capacity analysis and <br />design, pump station, or ancillary facility support <br />/oLei ghton LEIGHTON CONSULTING, INC. (Leighton) has provided consulting services in <br />geotechnical and geoenviron mental disciplines since 1961. The firm has substantial <br />experience in pavement design with a history of work, including hundreds of miles of <br />streets, including 35 miles for one redevelopment project alone. Leighton possesses <br />the local knowledge of Orange County geology, regulatory agencies, and codes <br />necessary to keep these tasks compliant and on schedule. Leighton has completed <br />thousands of investigations, with a large percentage supporting improvements to local <br />streets and highways. We have provided services for roadway and street pavement <br />projects, including work on the Metro Gold Line and Mid-City/Exposition LRT in Los <br />Angeles, the Orange County Pacific Arts Center (OCPAC) in Costa Mesa, and many <br />on -call contracts. <br />ROLE: Geotechnical and Pavement Engineering Services <br />MUROW DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS (MDC) will provide Dry Utility <br />Coordination. Specific experience <br />includes preliminary due diligence of undergrounding/ relocation of Edison facilities <br />at the intersection of Bake & Trabuco for the City of Lake Forest, alongside RICK. <br />Headquartered in Irvine, MDC is committed to providing the City with accurate <br />solutions and will treat every task -order deadline with the utmost respect during <br />document preparation. <br />ROLE: Dry Utility Coordination <br />HELIX HELIX ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING, INC. (HELIX) is an employee -owned <br />Environmental Planning environmental consulting firm established in 1991, with more than 200 employees <br />across seven California offices, including an Orange County office in the City of Irvine. <br />HELIX provides comprehensive environmental consulting services for public works <br />projects, specifically roadway improvements, bridges and interchanges, bicycle and <br />pedestrian facilities, storm water improvements, sewer and water facilities, utilities <br />undergrounding, parks/recreation improvements, and public buildings such as fire <br />and police stations and libraries.
