Subconsultant Partner Firm Profiles STEVEN ANDREWS ENGINEERING (SAE) is a dynamic Southern California consulting engineering firm, providing consulting services for master planning and engineering projects in the water and wastewater fields for over 32 years. SAE provides consulting services on civil/water resources master planning, design, and construction engineering for the public and private sectors. Their services include preparing feasibility and preliminary engineering studies; preparing plans and specifications; providing expert testimony and construction contract administration; and providing observation support during construction. ROLE: Water and wastewater facility engineerirg including capacity analysis and design, pump station, or ancillary facility support /oLei ghton LEIGHTON CONSULTING, INC. (Leighton) has provided consulting services in geotechnical and geoenviron mental disciplines since 1961. The firm has substantial experience in pavement design with a history of work, including hundreds of miles of streets, including 35 miles for one redevelopment project alone. Leighton possesses the local knowledge of Orange County geology, regulatory agencies, and codes necessary to keep these tasks compliant and on schedule. Leighton has completed thousands of investigations, with a large percentage supporting improvements to local streets and highways. We have provided services for roadway and street pavement projects, including work on the Metro Gold Line and Mid-City/Exposition LRT in Los Angeles, the Orange County Pacific Arts Center (OCPAC) in Costa Mesa, and many on -call contracts. ROLE: Geotechnical and Pavement Engineering Services MUROW DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS (MDC) will provide Dry Utility Coordination. Kip Armstrong will lead this critical development component, building Ki on a successful 11-year relationship with RICK. Specific experience includes preliminary due diligence of undergrounding/ relocation of Edison facilities at the intersection of Bake & Trabuco for the City of Lake Forest, alongside RICK. Headquartered in Irvine, MDC is committed to providing the City with accurate solutions and will treat every task -order deadline with the utmost respect during document preparation. ROLE: Dry Utility Coordination HELIX HELIX ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING, INC. (HELIX) is an employee -owned Environmental Planning environmental consulting firm established in 1991, with more than 200 employees across seven California offices, including an Orange County office in the City of Irvine. HELIX provides comprehensive environmental consulting services for public works projects, specifically roadway improvements, bridges and interchanges, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, storm water improvements, sewer and water facilities, utilities undergrounding, parks/recreation improvements, and public buildings such as fire and police stations and libraries. HELIX has a long-standing relationship with RICK, including successfully serving as a subconsultant on on -call contracts and individual projects for public agencies, including SANDAG, City of San Diego, City of Chula Vista, and Otay Water District.
