COMMUNITY OUTREACH Community outreach and engagement is at the core of Alta's work. We have conducted countless workshops, pop-up and demonstration events, Community and Project Advisory Committees, interactive outreach maps, online and paper surveys, and walk audits that have been successful in garnering public support for projects. Our interactive web maps and surveys help foster collaborative engagement before, during, and after project design phases. We have conducted design charrettes where we create fast, accurate, and beautiful illustrations of proposed improvements that spark imaginations. The high -quality outreach materials, graphics, and reports documents created by our graphic designers help convey complex analysis and planning concepts in straightforward and visually compelling ways. Our outreach processes are inclusive, interactive, iterative, and productive, and help not only gather public input, but also show how that input influences projects. GRANT EXPERIENCE Alta staff have assisted jurisdictions across the country in winning over $850 million in grant funding for projects enveloping Transportation, Affordable Housing, and Capital Projects & Infrastructure.
