Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: OC Fun Events <br />EVENT: Summer Splash Day Camp <br />SERVICE DATE(S): June 27, 2023 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: Vendor to be paid $2,123. Total vendor compensation <br />not to exceed $25,000 for the fiscal year. <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />OC Fun Events can provide special entertainment with a variety of entertainment options as follows: <br />Nerf gun parties, laser tag, glow in the dark parties, slime parties, face painting, and employee assistance <br />for set-up, take -down, and running games. <br />The Vendor will be paid the full amount of compensation, $2,123, on the day of the event or no later than <br />45 days after the event. <br />Please extend the agreement with this vendor through June 30, 2024. <br />
