NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms for <br />Construction Management, Inspection, and Contract Administration Services. <br />Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted electronically to the PlanetBids <br />system no later than APRIL 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Proposals received after this date/time will not <br />be considered. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that any proposals submitted have <br />sufficient time to be received by the City of Santa Ana prior to this proposal due date and time. <br />Additionally, it is a requirement that hard copy proposals also be sent by courier service, mailed, <br />or hand delivered in an enclosed sealed envelope and marked clearly with the following <br />"SEALED PROPOSAL FOR <br />FAIRVIEW BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AND <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS (9TH ST.
