Q Imo - <br />III. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. GENERAL <br />1. The number of Proposal Copies and signature is specified in: <br />RFP SECTION I - INTRODUCTION / PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />2. Deadline: <br />Proposals are due to the City of Santa Ana at the date, time, and location <br />specified in the Notice Inviting Proposals. <br />B. PROPOSAL CONTENTS <br />The proposal format and page limitation, if any, is specified in: <br />RFP SECTION I - INTRODUCTION / PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />1. STATEMENT OF OUALIFICATIONS <br />a. Cover Letter: Proposals shall include a letter signed by a principal or <br />authorized representative who can make legally binding commitments <br />for the entity. <br />b. Contract Agreement Statement: Proposal shall include a <br />statement outlining your concurrence or concerns with any and all <br />provisions contained in the Agreement attached herein as <br />Attachment 2 in the Appendix. <br />c. Firm and Team Experience: Proposal shall include a profile of the firm's <br />experience. Include resumes of project team/sub-consultants that will be <br />providing services which outline their technical, design, and <br />construction management experiences. At a minimum, this should <br />include the project manager/principal agent, associates in charge when <br />project manager/principal agent is unavailable, key personnel, firm size, <br />and an organization chart identifying only those who will perform work <br />for the proposed project and the percentage of each individual's time <br />devoted to this project. The project manager/principal agent shall be the <br />primary contact person to represent your firm and will be the person to <br />conduct the presentation, if invited for an interview. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 23-020 <br />City Council 20 —11 7/18/2023 <br />
