DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES <br />SYRUSA offers the City a highly qualified team with comprehensive <br />experience providing construction management services including <br />resident engineer, structure representative, inspection, contract <br />administration, public outreach, traffic control, electrical, material <br />testing and inspection, and environmental services. The table <br />below outlines each member of our team and a description of their <br />proposed services.
