Responsibilities: Luis is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in <br />• More than17 years of <br />the State of California with in-depth knowledge of stress analysis, <br />experience on similar pre -cast <br />structural mechanics, and strength of materials. He is experienced <br />bridges throughout Southern <br />with Cal -OSHA practices and procedures as well as Caltrans and <br />California <br />Greenbook construction practices and the physical characteristics <br />• Approximately $1.6 billion in <br />and properties of various bridge construction materials.
