With a customer base of more than 333,000 residents, the Water <br />Resources Division is responsible for hundreds of miles of water <br />and sewer mains, maintaining water quality and ensuring a <br />reliable supply. Additionally, it is important that the Division convey <br />to the public the immense responsibility and value of its prime <br />commodities: water, sanitary sewer service and an exceptional <br />staff. All communications should reinforce Santa Ana's position as <br />a regional leader in water management and treatment, as well as <br />the City's commitment to using technology for the most efficient <br />and cost-effective service. CV Strategies understands the need to <br />convey this information through the Water Quality Report, in the <br />Strategic Plan and through various communications platforms, <br />including newsletter articles, opinion -editorials, brochures, fact <br />sheets and more. <br />CV Strategies will use a proven, four -phase process based on research, planning, implementation and evaluation to <br />create compelling communications materials and strategic planning documents that help the Division successfully tell <br />its story. Our approach will focus on awareness, agility and measurable gains, creating goodwill among stakeholder <br />groups by creating messaging that is firmly rooted in research and best management practices. The message is then <br />delivered and evaluated for effectiveness, allowing us to pivot as necessary. By using this process, CV Strategies <br />constructs communication that has impact across a wide range of stakeholder groups and outreach. <br />SPECIAL CONSIDERATION: <br />Given the City's diverse demographics, special attention must be paid not just to translation of materials but <br />also to ensuring all segments of the population are represented in photographs and videography and that <br />content is culturally sensitive.
