Assurances & Certifications Selected providers will be required to sign and submit "actual" assurances and certificates as required by the City of Santa Ana and the Workforce Development Board on all contracts, 0 f recognize that I most give assurances for each item below. SAWDB has authorized the South Bay WDB to make initial and subsequent eligibility determinations for applications submitted from providers. Acceptance and processing of an application does not constitute an agreement or relationship e between the CONTRACTOR and SAWDB, nor does it guarantee any referrals to the provider by SAWDB.
