Direct PLUS Loans <br />Parents and Graduate or Professional <br />6.28% <br />Students <br />https://studentaid gov/understand-aid/types/loans/interest-rates#what-are-the-interest-rates-for-federal-student-loans <br />Cal Grant <br />Cal Grant is a California -specific financial aid program administered by the California Student Aid <br />Commission (CSAC). In August 2020, Pacific College was approved to access CSAC programs. Cal Grant <br />applicants must apply by submitting the Free Application for Student Aid [FAFSA) before the deadline of <br />March 2nd and meet all eligibility, financial, and minimum GPA requirements. <br />There are three kinds of Cal Grants — A, B, and C — but you do not have to figure out which one to apply <br />for. Your eligibility will be based on your FAFSA responses, verified Cal Grant GPA, and select Pacific <br />College (03299300) on your FAFSA application. The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) will <br />determine applicant and program eligibility. <br />Cal Grant A <br />To receive a Cal Grant A, students must be working toward a bachelor's degree. Other eligibility <br />requirements are: <br />• Available to low and middle income students <br />• Must have a minimum 3.00 high school GPA <br />• May be used for a program that is at least two academic years in length resulting in an <br />associate or baccalaureate degree of 48 semester units or the equivalent <br />• Can only be used for tuition and fees <br />• Disbursement Amount by Semester - Fall/Spring I Winter/Summer (before July 1) <br />Units Enrolled Per Semester <br />Annual Award Amount <br />Award Amount Per <br />Semester <br />12 or More Units <br />$8056 <br />$4028 <br />9-11.5 Units <br />$6042 <br />$3021 <br />6 - 8.5 Units <br />$4028 <br />$2014 <br />Less than 6 Units <br />No award <br />No award <br />Pacific College 2022-2023 Catalog 25 <br />
