The current schedule is <br />subject to change pending approvals from the city on our plan revisions. <br />Westview House (2530 Westminster Avenue) <br />Developer <br />Community Development Partners with Mercy House as the service provider <br />New construction of an affordable multifamily apartment development <br />consisting of 84 units of both large family and PSH units and one (1) <br />Description <br />manager's unit. The developer is working with the <br />Update <br />Corporation for Supportive Housing, Orange County staff, and the Santa Ana <br />Housing Authority to begin the marketing. <br />Habitat for Humanitv (826 N. Lacv & 830 N. Lacy Street (Appraised Value as of Oct 25, <br />2018: $578,000 <br />Significant interior work was completed during this quarter including the <br />Update <br />painting, door installation, and cabinetry work.
