Why can't my kids ride their bikes to the local 7- 11 (I'm 2 1/z blocks from two of them) to pick up a Slurpee? Why doesn't Santa Ana protect the interest of the actual legal residence of this City? I'm Hispanic, I'm a "minority", etc. but why does this city continue pander and cater to politics that do not benefit the people who want to raise their kids in this City? Stop, trying to be like LA. Look what is happening around the State to the cities that do not look out for their citizens best interest - Oakland, San Francisco, LA, and now you can add Santa Ana. Look what is going on in New York City, Chicago, Seattle, Portland. We need to start making Santa Ana a safe and beautiful place 16
