I was born here in Santa <br />Ana and continue to be a resident of this City. As a resident, I demand that our representatives help protect us <br />and our families. It is not fair that we avoid certain areas or streets to avoid the nuisance of people intoxicated <br />or high on the streets. If residents get cited for not mowing their lawn or parking on the street on sweeper day, <br />then those getting drunk or high in public should have consequences. It is time to crack down on public <br />intoxication and substance abuse and enforce the law. Please support the residents of Santa Ana and support <br />item 14.
