<br />Deanna has over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting and has
<br />contributed to a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. She
<br />has developed a well -balance expertise in environmental compliance for a variety
<br />of development projects in addition to remediation projects, specializing in CEQA/
<br />NEPA compliance. She has developed a level of understanding required to clearly

<br />PRINCIPAL, TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
<br />Richard is a Managing Principal at Linscott, Law & Greenspan, Engineers. Richard
<br />has over 33 years of experience in the preparation of transportation planning
<br />analysis, traffic impact studies, and parking studies. He is a licensed Traffic
<br />Engineer in the state of California. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil
<br />Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. He has extensive experience
<br />in the preparation of traffic impact studies for a variety of land uses, site access
<br />and operational plans, simulation studies, parking studies and traffic and parking
<br />management plans, as well as experience in preparation of signing and striping
<br />plans, traffic signal plans, and traffic control plans. In addition, Richard is the
<br />principal -in -charge for providing on -call traffic and transportation engineering
<br />consultation services in response to requests/requirements of the City of Dana Point,
<br />City of Chino Hills and City of Long Beach. Among other professional societies,
<br />he is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). His expertise
<br />in traffic engineering and transportation planning, as well as parking/access
<br />design consultation helps LLG continue its tradition of excellence in the region.
