<br />any given time. Incident to its discharge of legal services to its clients, the Firm, and/or its lawyers, from
<br />time to time becomes involved in controverted matters, including claims against it that are in large part
<br />unmeritorious. Attached is a list of litigation pending against the Firm in which the plaintiffs have alleged a
