Project Management Thornton Park Neighborhood Water Main Replacement, City of Santa Multi -disciplinary Team Ana, CA: Joe served as Project Manager for the preparation of construction Leadership documents for the replacement of approx. 7,500 feet of 8-inch water main within nine residential streets in an established neighborhood. Issues Resolution Multiple Street Intersection Improvement Projects, City of Lake Forest, Award -Winning Projects CA: Civil engineer for several street improvement projects including widening of Bake Parkway at Irvine Boulevard, intersection improvements at El Toro EDUCATION Road/Portola Parkway, widening Jeronimo at Lake Forest, intersection BS, Civil Engineering, improvements at Bake Parkway/Toledo Way, and intersection improvements San Diego State University at Los Alisos Boulevard and Rockfield Boulevard. Development Services On -Call Plan Checking Services, City of Anaheim, REGISTRATION CA: Through an on -call contract, Joe led the team in provide plan -check Professional Civil Engineer services catered toward stormwater documentation and private land in CA, No. 51540 development projects within the City. All work was checked for conformance QSD/P in CA, No. 22539 with the City of Anaheim Guidelines and additional ordinances. Ocean Boulevard and Poppy Avenue Street Improvement Project, PROFESSIONAL City of Newport Beach, CA: Joe served as Project Manager for this street AFFILIATIONS rehabilitation and landscape enhancement project which entailed pavement American Public Works reconstruction of 1500 feet of Ocean Boulevard and a complete street Association (APWA) reconstruction of 1350 feet of Poppy Avenue. The sidewalk and landscaping American Society of Civil replacement in the residential parkways of Poppy Avenue was coordinated Engineers (ASCE) with the City staff and residents. RICK provided all civil engineering, Building Industry Associate landscape architecture, and land surveying services for the project. (BIA) Council on SAGE - Aviation Boulevard Missing Sidewalk Project, City of Manhattan Beach, Board Member CA: Joe is currently serving as the Engineer -of -Work for this CIP project. The project requires the preparation of construction documents to add approximately 600' of sidewalk along the west side of Aviation Boulevard north of 33rd Street. The project requires coordination with the fronting property owner, Right -of -Way acquisition, and extensive utility coordination with SC Gas and SCE. RICK
