Bake Parkway at Trabuco Road/Irvine Boulevard <br />LAKE FOREST, CA <br />As part of the Street and Traffic On -Call contract with the City of <br />Lake Forest, RICK prepared alternative studies for the addition of a <br />second eastbound to northbound left -turn lane and an eastbound to <br />southbound dedicated right turn only lane. Three alternatives were <br />completed with coordination with SCE, who has overhead facilities <br />within the right-of-way along each side of Bake Parkway, and the City <br />of Irvine. <br />Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) include: roadway widening, <br />a traffic signal modification, right-of-way acquisition, extensive dry <br />utility coordination, and required plan processing through the cities of <br />Lake Forest and Irvine. <br />Skatepark and Trail Project <br />SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA <br />RICK is providing civil engineering design services <br />through a design -build contract for a 22,000 sf, <br />custom concrete skatepark project for the City of <br />San Juan Capistrano. In addition, engineering and <br />land surveying services are being provided for <br />an associated 1,550' decomposed granite multi- <br />purpose trail connecting the skatepark to a city-wide <br />trail system.
