Escalated hourly rates will take effect on April 1 of each subsequent year following the contract base year (04/01/23 - 03/31/24). <br />4. Field survey personnel and crews are invoiced a minimum of 4 hours per mobilization and then in 2 hour increments up to 8-hours. <br />
