Excel will submit revised Labor rates on July 1, 2025. <br />All material costs will be added to the cost proposal per actual invoices. <br />Excel Pavin:; will add the following mark-ups to the costs: <br />Category <br />Mark-up <br />Labor <br />20% <br />Equipment <br />15% <br />Material -except Concrete <br />10% <br />Material -Concrete <br />15% <br />Sub (first $5,000) <br />10% <br />Sub (over $5,001) <br />5% <br />Bond <br />1% <br />
