Kleinfelder offers materials testing and inspection <br />services that can significantly reduce uncertainties during the construction process through <br />consistent use of our internal "Kleinfelder Quality Management Plan" (KQMP) which <br />measures to meet the Caltrans documented "Independent Sampling and Testing (ISAT) <br />proaram.
