Kleinfelder offers materials testing and inspection <br />services that can significantly reduce uncertainties during the construction process through <br />consistent use of our internal "Kleinfelder Quality Management Plan" (KQMP) which <br />measures to meet the Caltrans documented "Independent Sampling and Testing (ISAT) <br />proaram. Special inspection services are provided to verify the compliance of <br />structural elements to project plans and specifications as set forth by the California Building Code <br />(CBC). These wiervices will be provided by our in-house approved inspectors who have <br />undergone voluntary certification by the International Code Council (ICC).
