All work is to he performed in compliance with all applicable cedes, ordinances, laws, <br />standards, due care, and Occupational Safety and Health Admindstration (CISMA) <br />safety re-qLdirements, <br />2. The Contractor shall have a rnInimum of fine (5) years of experience in proMing the <br />serviees described in ATTACHMENT 1; SLOPE OF SERVICES. <br />3. Hazardous Materiais shall <br />be clearly marked with the proper shipping name and identification number as required by the <br />Department of Trans port ation. The CDnsulrant F-hall provide current, applicable and required <br />Material Safety Data Sheets (W IDS ).at a nor lime during the cor>rtmct as requested by the Citycf <br />Santa Ana. <br />J.
