Dr. Najm is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California and is a Board -Certified Environmental Engineer with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists. Dr. Najm is an adjunct Associate Professor of environmental engineering at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
