The goal of the rehabilitation project was to <br />identify problems, and needs with the lake, lake equipment, the lake park area, park visitors, and lake <br />maintenance. Dudek staff performed a comprehensive site analysis through a review of the lake as - <br />built plans, right-of-way documents, existing utilities plans, soils and geologic information, and <br />irrigation plans. In addition, Dudek staff visited the park to take a detailed survey and inventory of the <br />equipment on -site and the operational status of each piece of equipment. Additionally, lace water and <br />soil samples were taken and analyzed to assess the water quality and type of the subsurface lake <br />Ladd Canyon Bridge Replacement Project MND <br />Client and Contact. Dudek prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />(MND), Preliminary Environmental Study checklist, and various technical studies to satisfy the <br />Caltrans NEPA compliance process. The project involves the replacement of an existing bridge with a <br />Client and Contact: City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department; Jonathan Sanks, Environmental <br />Services and Safety Manager; jsanks@anaheim.net; 714.765.4117 <br />Completion Date: March 2021 <br />Location: Anaheim, California <br />Description: <br />Dudek assisted the City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department with technical studies in support of <br />CEQA for additional water treatment, produc#ion and distribution facilities at four sites in the City of <br />Anaheim. The additional water treatment facilities included ion exchange treatment to remove PFAS <br />from groundwater. The project included installation of water treatment facilities at the La Palma, Linda <br />Vista, Boysen Park and Energy Field sites in the city. Dudek prepared an Air Quality and Greenhouse <br />Gas Emissions Technical Memorandum, a Biological Resources Technical Memorandum, a <br />Jurisdictional Delineation, an Archaeological Investigation Report, and a Noise Technical Report used <br />in the City- prepared MND which was adopted in April 2021, <br />On -Call Environmental: Services RFP# 21105 18 <br />
