RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />WATER RECYCLING FUNDING PROGRAM (WRFP) PLANNING GRANT <br />Client Los Olivos Community Services District <br />Contact Lisa Palmer, Chair of the Board of Directors <br />805.500.4098 | lisa@lpalmerconsulting.com <br />Dates of Service 11/2018 – 03/2019 <br />Personnel Greg Jaquez <br />MNS developed a Plan of Study for a Project Report following the guidelines of <br />the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Water Recycling Funding <br />Program (WRFP). The Project Report will determine the feasibility and selected <br />alternative for a wastewater collection system, wastewater treatment plant, and <br />groundwater replenishment injection well system for the Los Olivos Community <br />Services District (LOCSD). The unincorporated Los Olivos community in Santa <br />Barbara County manages its wastewater with onsite wastewater treatment <br />systems (septic tanks) on private parcels. LOCSD was seeking to develop a <br />comprehensive wastewater collection and treatment system with provision for <br />beneficial use of its treated wastewater.
