Sec. 1014. -– Reserved. Work stoppages. <br />Any officer or employee of the City who engages in any strike, sickout, or other partial or total stoppage <br />of work shall be summarily subject to suspension, demotion or dismissal by the appointing authority <br />without right of appeal to the personnel board.
