13 ORANGE COUNTY_ CONSERVATION CORPS <br />•In collaboration with the Placement and Recruitment Specialist and other <br />staff, refer youth to placements. (Attachment A-Worksite Referral Form) <br />•Providing counseling and guidance. <br />•Monitoring worksite compliance of labor laws and compliance with jo b <br />description duties. (See atta chment A 1) <br />Participant is responsible for: <br />•Pro viding necessary documentation to asses eligibility and maintain legal <br />right to work throughout duration of the program involvement. <br />•Follow OCCC;s procedures and protocols (attachment A2 - Corpsmember <br />Worksite Agreement). <br />•Respect and cooperate with supervisor and fellow co-workers. <br />•Perform the very best of his/her abilities. <br />•Report and incidents or accidents to the supervisor and/or Case <br />manager/Program Specialis t. <br />Placement and Rec ruitment Specialist is responsible for: <br />•Managing relationships with worksite representatives. <br />•Ensure all proper MOUs and in place and all policies are followed. <br />•Monitor and report all activities of youth at worksites to the case manager. <br />2 <br />Exhibit 2
