ACCOUNT UNIT ADOPTED <br />FY 21-22 FEES <br />PROPOSED <br />FY 22-23 FEES <br />DEPARTMENT <br />CHANGES <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 FEE SCHEDULE <br />SECTION IX <br />MISCELLANEOUS FEE <br />ELECTRICAL PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever electrical plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the electrical <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />MECHANICAL PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever mechanical plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the mechanical <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />PLUMBING PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever plumbing plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the plumbing <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />GRADING PERMITS <br />51606 Any person desiring a grading permit required by the Building Each Permit 49.84 51.58 <br />Code, shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of $51.58. <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />51606 1) Grading Permit:104.26 107.91 <br /> a.
