PROJECT TITLE: <br />Residential Street Repair Program- <br />Heninger Park <br />PROJECT CATEGORY: <br />Street Improvements <br />Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation <br />LOCATION MAP <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FY 22/23CIP <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />This project entails the rehabilitation of existing roadway pavement <br />for local streets. The project will include the removal and <br />replacement of existing concrete streets. Various replacement <br />pavement strategies will be investigated to determine the most cost <br />effective and maintainable treatment. Minor concrete repair to <br />severely damaged or missing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and <br />wheelchair ramps will also be included. Work in FY 22-23 will focus <br />on the Heninger Park Neighborhood. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />The local street network has 316 miles citywide. In 2007 the City <br />embarked on an extensive citywide improvement plan to rehabilitate <br />and slurry seal the majority of the network.
