The project involves the Cities of Santa Ana, La <br />Habra, Fullerton, Anaheim, Garden Grove and Fountain Valley. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />OCTA Traffic Signal Synchronization Master Plan identified that Euclid <br />Boulevard Corridor is part of countywide corridor system that needs <br />multi jurisdiction synchronization.
