CONTRACTOR shall ensure <br />that CONTRACTOR’s staff understands the uses of the <br />computer information system(s) and will follow the related <br />procedures as evidenced by supervisory reviews and case audits. <br /> CONTRACTOR shall inform ADMINISTRATOR within two <br />(2) business days of any employment terminations or new hires <br />in order for ADMINISTRATOR’s Information Technology <br />Services to take appropriate action. <br />6.3.3 America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) <br /> CONTRACTOR shall assist PARTICIPANTS with access to the <br />AJCC where PARTICIPANTS can access a wide variety of <br />resources including labor market information and job vacancy <br />listings, full access to computers with internet connectivity, <br />telephones, faxes, and copy machines. <br />6.3.4 Welfare Fraud <br /> If CalWORKs eligibility or Supportive Services payment fraud <br />is suspected, CONTRACTOR staff shall inform <br />ADMINISTRATOR within two (2) business days of awareness <br />of any suspected fraud. <br />7. PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REVIEW <br />7.1 CONTRACTOR’s performance will be monitored and reviewed by <br />ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR shall cooperate and assist <br />ADMINISTRATOR in monitoring performance. ADMINISTRATOR will <br />conduct case reviews as part of an on-going evaluation of CONTRACTOR’s <br />performance. <br />7.2 ADMINISTRATOR may use a variety of inspection methods to evaluate <br />CONTRACTOR’s performance, including but not limited to: <br />7.2.1 Random sampling of program activities including a review of case files ; <br />7.2.2 Activity checklists and random observations; <br />7.2.3 Inspect output items on a periodic basis as deemed necessary; <br />7.2.4 Monthly statistical reports;
