WDM0522 Page 19 of 23 March 1, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> Monitor eligibility and program files to ensure compliance with <br />federal and State regulations, including CW/WTW regulations; <br />perform site visits, and maintain detailed records and reports. <br /> Collect and compile data to generate detailed technical reports, <br />articles, and other publications regarding the WDB to the public. <br /> Organize and implement WDB sponsored events and apply <br />principles of quality of service in all activities. <br />Qualifications: <br /> A minimum one (1) year of workforce development program <br />experience, or any combination of college level coursework in <br />psychology, sociology, counseling, human services, business <br />administration, accounting, public administration, workforce <br />development program experience equivalent to one (1) year <br />which provides the desirable knowledge, skills, and abilities. <br /> Knowledge of federal and State regulations pertaining to <br />workforce development programs, interviewing techniques and <br />methods of determining program eligibility, employment market, <br />agencies providing resources, and methods of case management, <br />data collections, and monitoring. <br /> Ability to understand, interpret, and implement federal and State <br />regulations; organize and effectively manage a heavy and varied <br />caseload to meet program performance standards; coordinate and <br />conduct meetings; make public presentations; communicate <br />clearly and concisely; and keep detailed and accurate records. <br />13.5.2 Economic Development Specialist III <br />Duties: <br /> Direct, coordinate, monitor and evaluate economic development <br />programs. <br /> Conduct economic research, analyses, market feasibility studies <br />concerning the CONTRACTOR’s business base and other <br />related research.
