JENNIFER EMERSON-MARTIN, PE <br />Transportation Planning Task Support <br />City of Simi Valley Nexus Fee Impact and Travel <br />Demand Model Update, City of Simi Valley, CA <br />Ms. Emerson -Martin updated the of a city-wide <br />windowed travel demand model to a base year of <br />2019, TransCAD Version 6.0, updated the <br />geographical user interface to a singular model add - <br />in, and developed standard SB 743 VMT model <br />outputs for project analysis. In addition, Jennifer <br />updated the model documentation and developed a <br />stand-alone model analysis spreadsheet for the <br />City's SB 743 analysis use. The project began in <br />December 2018 and completed in September 2020. <br />City of El Centro Modeling — VMT <br />Ms. Emerson -Martin acted as the project manager <br />and task lead for the use of the Imperial County <br />Travel Demand Model (a SCAG 2016 RTP/SCS sub - <br />regional model in TransCAD) to produce model <br />outputs as well as VMT for the development of a <br />regional mall. This project began in June 2020 and is <br />completed in December 2020. <br />Camarillo Traffic Impact Fee Update — City of <br />Camarillo, CA <br />As the lead Transportation Modeler, Ms. Emerson - <br />Martin was responsible for validating and updating <br />the travel demand model to verify previously <br />calculated traffic impact fees based on the updated <br />project set including the US-101 auxiliary lanes <br />through the City of Camarillo. The project began in <br />April 2018 and completed in September 2020. <br />City of Murrieta General Plan Update, City of <br />Murrieta, CA <br />Ms. Emerson -Martin serves as task lead for the <br />development of a city-wide windowed travel <br />demand model using the SMDT process for the SCAG <br />2016 RTP/SCS regional model. On this project, Iteris <br />is responsible for developing the circulation portion <br />of the General Plan Update. The project began in <br />December 2018 and completed in December 2019. <br />Ventura County Travel Model (VCTM) Update — <br />Ventura County, CA <br />As the lead Transportation Modeler, Ms. Emerson - <br />Martin is responsible for utilizing the SCAG 2016 <br />Regional travel demand model (TransCAD) and <br />subarea modeling tool for use in the development of <br />a subarea model specifically designed to meet the <br />needs of Ventura County. Scripting for the travel <br />model includes the development of additional add -in <br />support for conversion from land use to <br />socioeconomic data, as well as post -processing <br />results in the required format for NEPA/CEQA <br />analysis. The project began in April 2016 and <br />completed in December 2018. <br />iteriso <br />I-to/1-110 Express Lanes Microsimulation, Los <br />Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation <br />Authority (Metro) — Los Angeles, CA <br />Ms. Emerson -Martin served as the Project Manager <br />and Task Lead for the microsimulation and data <br />collection efforts for the fast -paced express -lane to <br />HOT lane microsimulation analysis for two major <br />corridors within Los Angeles County. She was <br />primarily responsible for verifying data collection <br />efforts for the entire project, as well as verifying <br />Origin -Destination inputs from the 2016 RTP/SC travel <br />demand model into the VISSIM microsimulation <br />software analysis. The project began in May 2018 and <br />completed in December 2018. <br />MicroTransit Pilot Project, Los Angeles County <br />Metro — Los Angeles, CA <br />Ms. Emerson -Martin served as the Project Manager <br />and technical lead for the microtransit zone <br />definitions and analysis efforts for the microtransit <br />pilot project within Los Angeles County. She was <br />primarily responsible for obtaining useable data <br />from the 2016 RTP/SCS travel demand model, as <br />well as directing the project team in brainstorming <br />sessions for preferred pilot program evaluation. The <br />project began in and ended in 2018. <br />Inglewood Transit -Oriented Development — City of <br />Inglewood, CA <br />As Lead Transportation Modeler, Ms. Emerson - <br />Martin was responsible for modifying the SCAG 2012 <br />Regional travel demand model (TransCAD) for use in <br />the analysis of transit -oriented development <br />centering on newly developed rail stations in the City <br />of Inglewood. Her tasks included land use <br />modifications, network editing and producing travel <br />model outputs for intersection and roadway <br />analysis. The project began in September 2017 and <br />completed in September 2018. <br />Anaheim Plaza Hotel Traffic Impact Analysis — City <br />of Anaheim, CA <br />Ms. Emerson -Martin served as the deputy PM <br />responsible for preparing the traffic impact analysis <br />for the high -quality, four diamond full -service hotel <br />located in the Resort District of Anaheim. The hotel <br />includes restaurants, retail, and conference/meeting <br />facilities, and is located within the Garden Walk <br />district. Ms. Emerson -Martin was also responsible <br />for developing a resort specific trip generation rate <br />for the Anaheim Resort District. Intersection and <br />roadway analysis was completed at 13 intersections <br />and 14 roadway segments, including multimodal <br />Level -of -Service (LOS) at the intersection of Disney <br />Way and Harbor Boulevard. The project began in <br />September 2015 and completed in March 2016. <br />
