OC [A SB 743 <br />ORANGE COUNTY, <br />(2020 - 2020) <br />Fehr & Peers provided services to support the OCTA modeling section with the new requirements from <br />SB 743. We worked with OCTA to evaluate the model for CEQAISB 743 compliance and refine the <br />modeling process for VMT estimation, This project included the following: <br />1. Reaching out the other public agencies in California to document how they are approaching <br />the revised CEQA Guidelines. <br />2. Assessing and updating OCTAM for CEQAISB 743 compliance by addressing key technical <br />questions including VMT outside modeling region and induced travel. <br />3. Developing Mitigation Measures toolbox <br />4.
