General Plans <br />Jason has worked on a wide variety of General Plans <br />throughout the state of California, including: <br />• City of Carlsbad <br />• City of Redlands <br />• City of Corona <br />• County of San Bernardino <br />• City of Fountain Valley <br />• City of Moreno Valley <br />• City of San Marcos <br />• City of Chico <br />• City of Saratoga <br />• City of Rancho Cordova <br />Most of these projects included Complete Street elements, <br />extensive travel demand forecasting, and some level of multi - <br />modal transportation assessment. <br />Specific Plans/Master Plans/Corridor Plans <br />Jason has completed assessment for more than 20 specific <br />plans, master plans, and corridor plans. Key projects are <br />identified below: <br />• Beach Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan - Evaluated a <br />land use plan along Beach Blvd in Anaheim including <br />vehicle and multi -modal capacity assessment <br />• MAG High Capacity Transit Corridors Sustainability <br />Study — Evaluating the benefits of providing transit <br />oriented development along the high capacity transit <br />corridors in the greater Phoenix area <br />• Long Beach Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan — <br />Completing the transportation recommendations and <br />assessment for this corridor in the City of Long Beach <br />including extensive multi -modal assessment <br />• Cal Poly Pomona Master Plan — Completed the <br />transportation recommendations and assessment of <br />the proposed University Master Plan <br />• Holt Boulevard Corridor Plan — Assessing the corridor <br />in the City of Ontario to consider multi -modal <br />opportunities along the corridor (including a Bus <br />Rapid Transit application) <br />• Wine Country Community Plan— Assisted Riverside <br />County in developing a travel demand forecasting <br />model and evaluation of the plan for the Temecula <br />Wine Country Area <br />• CollegeTown Specific Plan — Assessing redevelopment <br />of the block south of the Cal State Fullerton Campus <br />including the closure of Nutwood Avenue, application <br />of a street car through the project, and mixed -use <br />development on the site (including Hope International <br />University, retail, housing, and other development <br />opportunities) <br />• San Bernardino Bus Rapid Transit TOD Overlay Study — <br />Assisting in developing transportation strategies in support <br />of TOD along the SBx BRT system <br />Interchange and Corridor Studies <br />Jason has completed the Traffic Report for numerous transportation <br />infrastructure studies throughout California. His use of models has given him <br />an extensive understanding of forecasting and its integration with <br />operations assessment.
