Exhibit 3 <br />Grantee, including the period of any notice of intent to exercise Grantee's rights. Such protection <br />and maintenance shall, at a minimum_ conform to the standards prescribed by the General Services <br />Administration in its regulations 41 CFR 102-75.690 as such may be amended. <br />The failure of the Grantee to require in any one or more instances complete performance of any of the <br />conditions or covenants shall not be conttnied as a waiver or relinquishment of such future performance, <br />but obligation of the Grantor, its successors and assigns, with respect to such future performance shall <br />continue in full force and effect. <br />10. The National Park Service and any representative it may so delegate shall have the right of entry upon the <br />Replacement Property at all reasonable times to conduct inspections of the Replacement Property for the <br />purposes of evaluating the Grantor's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Declaration of <br />Restrictions. <br />11. The covenants, conditions, and restrictions set forth herein are intended to be covenants running with <br />the land in accordance with all applicable law and shall burden and nun with the Replacement Property <br />and every part thereof or interest therein, and shall be binding on Grantor, its successors, assigns, and <br />every successor in interest to all or any part of the property, and shall benefit Grantee and Grantee's , <br />successors and assigns.
