Clarifications to the August 2021 Draft General Plan <br /> Draft Policy Framework, Maps, Tables, Implementation, and Text <br /> November 29, 2021 <br /> golden city <br /> beyond <br /> A SHARED VISION FOR SANTA ANA <br /> The following represents minor revisions and corrections made to the August 2021 version of the Draft <br /> Santa Ana General Plan, in addition to the clarification of November 1 and November 8, 2021. The <br /> updated content is shown by element,with policy and implementation actions displayed with tracked <br /> changes. Updates to maps,tables,time frames, and other edits are either described, shown with <br /> tracked changes, or displayed as final content with a brief description of the nature of the changes. <br /> SAFETY ELEMENT <br /> - Page S-09, POLICY S-4.2 FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATION PART 77 Do not approve buildings and <br /> structures that would penetrate Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 77 Imaginary <br /> Obstruction Surfaces,unless,feconsistent with the California Public U..�iities Code Section <br /> 21240, such building or structure is determined by FAA to pose "no hazard"to air aviation. <br /> th1,"���6a�-use 'ss+o„-rrT'��.
