Firm and Team Experience <br />Delineation of Bucknam Infrastructure Group's Strengths <br />As Bucknam approaches twenty-two (22) years of pavement management experience, our firm <br />is distinct and unique in the fact that we have continued to improve upon our long-term local <br />agency client based throughout Orange County. Building and establishing long-term client <br />relationships through PMP management is a clear delineation of our professional services. <br />Bucknam's experience and qualifications directly related to this project and other key <br />delineation strengths include: <br />• Providing PMP services for 16 of the 34 SucknamPMPOcClients (16of34) <br />Orange County local agencies in the <br />past two years (47% of cities); <br />Bucknam <br />• Provided PMP services to Santa Ana for <br />FY 2016 Update <br />• Providing PMP services to 25+ Los <br />Angeles County local agencies in the L�� L�. <br />past two years (30% of cities); .Bucoamfnfrntru ure Group .tee,= <br />• Bucknam is currently working with <br />OCTA (Mr. Harry Thomas) to assess ALL 35 Orange County agencies PMP databases to <br />validate segmentation, inspections and preform a 10-yr budget analysis for each local <br />agency; <br />o The goal is to identify what level of funding each local agency needs to reach or <br />remain above a weighted PCI of 75; <br />• Implementation of Bucknam-Fuscoe Cloud -based Al for AC/PCC square footage <br />calculations; <br />• Staff / Firm is certified through OCTA and MTC for use and management of <br />MicroPAVER/StreetSaver respectively <br />o Bucknam is ASTM D6433-20 certified through OCTA until June, 2023 for PMP <br />services to local agencies; <br />• Focused managers / field technicians that perform infrastructure management services <br />at cost -competitive rates and deliver quality products; <br />• Local presence (Oceanside office) allows our firm to be on -site within an hour to <br />respond Santa Ana requests and needs; <br />• Incorporation of Bucknam's MyRoads"' — PMP mapping (web -based access/use); <br />requires no GIS software to view your PMP online (See Task 3.2 within Scope of Work); <br />• Proven Orange County PMP economic ROI regarding long-term Pavement CIP's <br />recommendations, implementation, maintenance applications and increased PCI's; <br />City of Santa Ana 2-2 <br />Pavement Management Program Update <br />
