No. <br />All speakers came from the same Senior Mobil Home Park. <br />The owners who owns properties have rentals. We need to afford to pay our Taxes to the City. <br />Owners pays your City Employees Salaries. If we cannot afford to pay : Taxes, Insurance, Repairs to maintain <br />properties? Who will ? Tenants Trash their apartments. We need to afford to maintain it for the City. <br />Owners are free City employees to maintain the properties for the City.
